With so many variables such as wood species, finish, storage solutions and mouldings, pricing cabinetry without knowing all of the specific details of your kitchen is virtually impossible. However, there are basic rules of thumb. For example when selecting wood species Maple is the price standard. Alter wood is approximately 6-8% lower cost while Cherry is priced at approximately 8-10% higher than Maple. With complete computer design services and offering Free in home Estimates, Brilliant Home Interiors, unlike other cabinet manufacturers, can give you a lineal foot price for installed cabinets. For you and your guests, your new kitchen will be the focal point of your home. National resale statistics report that the kitchen represents 10-12% of the fair market value of any home. So when redesigning your new kitchen, invest wisely. Budgeting much less or too much more can actually detract from your resale value. 45- 50% of your kitchen budget should be allocated for cabinets. 15% should be designated for countertops while another 15% should be allotted for new appliances, flooring, lighting, plumbing & fixtures, etc. Installation labor accounts for the remaining 20-25%. Part of wood’s enduring appeal is its unique character and wide range of color variations. Buyer understands that there may be a stain-lot variation from the sample. Our friendly staff and skilled technicians take pride in making your cabinet purchase as pleasant an experience as possible. Brilliant Home warrants our cabinet products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one full year. For the original purchaser Brilliant Home Interiors will elect at its discretion to either repair or replace any defective material or component, free of charge. This warranty is not transferable and covers only materials supplied by Brilliant Home Interiors. Customer’s measurements or existing conditions, including but not limited to, walls, ceilings or floors being out of plumb or for any unforeseen conditions or obstructions such as plumbing, or electrical locations. Counter tops, appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures, or the costs, including labor, to remove and reinstall materials and related components such as fittings, appliances, etc. are not covered under this warranty.
